Fee Disclaimer:  Some services are capped by statute as far as the amount of money that may be paid. If that is the case, then we will honor the statutory prescribed fee. If we quote you the below listed fees and the statute states otherwise, please inform us and we will adjust our fees to the statutory amount. Specific services to be performed and specific fees will be outlined in our engagement agreement. Fees are subject to change without notice and subject to the engagement agreement. Verbal agreements are not accepted.

 

Mediation Fees

 

Fees

Mediation: $125 per hour per party

 

Deposit

50% of the scheduled mediation fee must be received in our office 10 days before scheduled mediation. Call our office if the mediation is urgent and needed before the 10 day deposit period.

 

Traveling Fees

Travel time outside of Miami Dade County or Broward County will incur a 50% per hour travel time, plus costs. Deposit for travel fees and costs are due 10 days before scheduled mediation. Call our office if the mediation is urgent and needed before the 10 day deposit period.

 

Cancellation

Mediation cancelled with less than a 72 hour notice will forfeit deposit.

 

Forms (Help completing Florida Supreme Court approved divorce forms only)

No property and no children: $250.00 per person or $500.00 per couple, without a mediation session.

Property and children: $500.00 per person or $1,000 per couple, without a mediation session.

 

Divorce Bundled Services (Help completing Florida Supreme Court approved divorce forms only)

Complete mediation package $1,900. Includes: 8 hours total, consisting of 4 hours of mediation, 1 hour for review, signing, and notarization of documents, settlement agreement, dissolution of marriage forms completion help, child support calculation help.
